Salla KozmA
Founder, executive producer
Salla Kozma is the founder of Pig & Horse Productions and an executive producer developing internationally scalable film, television, and social-first entertainment. She has built her career creating bold, character-driven projects that connect strong storytelling with commercial strategy.
She has also worked as a professional actor for over 20 years, giving her first-hand understanding of the changing business environment of the creative industries and how audiences, platforms, and talent relationships continue to evolve.
Salla leads the companies’ IP vision and platform development, overseeing the creation of social-first concepts engineered to scale into premium productions, global formats, and long-term entertainment properties. Through her work with Pig & Horse Productions, she has developed and produced feature documentaries, international formats, and branded entertainment projects with partners across Europe and beyond.
She combines creative leadership, entrepreneurial execution, and international market insight to build modern, platform-driven entertainment IP.

Throughout her career in international distribution, Beatrice worked across factual series, entertainment formats, scripted content, and branded entertainment at companies including Journeyman Pictures, Passion Distribution, AwesomenessTV/NBCU, Red Bull Media House, and Magnify Media. Her expertise spans distribution strategy across all key global markets, editorial evaluation, and sales forecasting. She has successfully negotiated numerous licensing deals and format adaptations. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Managing Director of Glance Ltd (formerly Tape Consultancy), advising major US studios, international production groups and broadcasters across Europe and beyond on emerging scripted and unscripted content trends.
She launched her own consulting business in September 2024 and has been working on projects spanning content strategy, development and international distribution. She is also working as an agent for KOCCA in the UK (Korean Creative Content Agency) helping to match British companies with Koean partners.

Anssi Rimpelä is an unscripted creator and showrunner with over 20 years of experience developing, localising, and producing internationally successful television formats. His credits include global franchises such as Idol, Got Talent, X Factor, and Best Singers.
He specialises in transforming early-stage ideas into scalable, commercially viable formats, guiding projects from concept through large-scale production and international rollout. As founder of UpToLevelMedia Finland, Anssi focuses on developing next-generation unscripted IP and helping formats evolve from social-first concepts into premium long-form productions.

Kivinen
Sales, Norse Key Studios
Maria Kivinen is an international sales and distribution executive with over 12 years of experience in the global film and television industry. Through her own company, Norse Key Distribution, she works with producers and platforms to develop and sell documentary and unscripted content internationally.
She specialises in international sales strategy, broadcaster relations, and market-driven development, ensuring projects are positioned for global audiences from an early stage. Maria is also a member of the International Emmy Awards, reflecting her strong engagement with the international television community.
Maria brings deep commercial insight and an extensive international network to support the global reach of Pig and Horse's projects.
